How incompetent can one get? Work of Sitevision Sdn. Bhd.

This is some of the example of how incompetent a contractor could get in renovating our house .

I am not afraid of naming and shaming them so that everyone would be aware of who they would be dealing with in the future. Do not in under any circumstances appoint them. if I were to summarise, it would be : shoddy and incompetent quality of work but pricing is among the premium due to so called 5 star projects done previously. They didn't pay their sub contractor as they were suppose to milk more money out of us to do so but the balance due was not even enough to cover even half of what they owed to their subcontractor and they resorted to ask the subcontractors to get from the owner direct the monies owed.

Better change their name to Shitevision.

Long Overdue Updates

Too much to tell until I don't know where to start.

1. New House Reno

• this is one massive project that has gone from bad to worst. The appointed contractor is not competent to do basic work let alone specialise work, up to the point that the so called 'best to their ability' is only fit for a circus
• not to mention damages done to the fittings and other parts of the house
• Lesson learnt - no matter how good your intention in helping out a friend, don't .. you'll regret it along the way
• Naming and shaming - I would to say that Sitevision Sdn Bhd is truly incompetent of doing any work ... good ID drawing, terrible implementation .. charging premium price for what can be done by an amateur builder doing part time work, hope you rot in hell for all the trouble and grief you have caused us ,, better have the monkeys from the circus to do the job
• Now sourcing out for a new contractor to redo most of the finishing touches left by the monkeys
• and also looking for a temporary place to stay

2. Accident on the VW

• A lorry had reversed on to the VW causing damage to the bonnet, headlamp, foglight
• now in the process of claiming from the affected party but also causing me grief and undue stress seeing the car in 'cacat' condition until all the police report / insurance claim is settled

3. Work wise

• the transfer of a colleague and a new head of section means that I have to carry some extra responsibility for a while, tak kena bayar extra pun ...
