Last weekend I let myself go, meaning feasting upon anything I could lay my hands upon. Sugar laden, high carb, high fat, high cholesterol etc. I don't know whether it was a good move or not, but just for a while it felt good to let yourself go once in a while. A pang of remorse does set in afterwards, but it just felt good during the consumption. Now need to double up the effort.
On the other hand, I'm eagerly anticipating another result for some test that would be done in the near future. Fingers crossed.
