The boy surprised us the other day. He called the mrs saying that he had stood up in front of his school assembly and recited the multiplication tables. I was surprised when I heard about it, as I was in the thinking of he has some issues about performing in front of a crowd. He managed to complete the recital and he was so excited about it, telling us that he was one of the few boys in Year 2 who had done that. The rest were students from the upper years.
He said that he wanted to go up again when the opportunity arises again. Hopefully it will be the start of a good thing for him.
